WHY REGISTER AND WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

All events are required to reach a sufficient level of interest before tickets go on sale, which we believe is great for musicians. When this goal has been met, we'll decide a date and let those who registered know. You may then purchase a ticket if this works for you, much like a live concert in a venue, but there's no commitment to do so.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY EVENT?

You'll receive an email 5 minutes before each event is due to start with a unique link to watch. If you don't receive this as expected, please check your spam folder just in case our email gets lost there.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS?

Events are available from the advertised start time for up to 4 hours, though for the best experience start watching as soon as possible.

CAN I WATCH ON TV?

Yes, absolutely! ​To watch from a Chromecast enabled TV, download Vimeo from your app store to your mobile device, then click 'Watch On TV' from the bottom of our concert page to launch the app. You should see an option to Cast to your TV. (There's no need to sign up for a Vimeo account.) Stream to Apple TV from the video player using AirPlay on an Apple device.

IS THE EVENT LIVE?

In short, no. We believe this approach improves quality.

HOW CAN I GIFT TICKETS?

Gift tickets to someone special by adding their details at the checkout. Don't worry about forwarding on information, we'll send everything they need!
